CREATE A COMMUNITY WITH DARING AND CARING MINDSET
SCHOOL FOR LIFE
NEW PRODUCT PROJECT PLAN
Innovation
Our project is to build a school made from recyclable materials, which will combine education and the importance of recycling on the environment and our planet. We have decided to work on this project because we are confident about associating two of the most important E’s: Education and Environment. By using recyclable materials, the school will fight for a purpose and will be decreasing the recyclable materials that contaminates Earth. This project will reduce the problem of ongoing pollution.
Frameworks
- Disrupt: New technology, model. The schools will be created with an innovative design and will be built applying new construction trends based on recyclable materials.
- Specialize: Modify and differentiate from the way a school is normally built; our school will be completely made of recyclable materials. In the future, we will become specialists in constructing schools made with recyclable materials, but not limited to schools; can explore expanding to houses, apartments or offices.
- Bundle: Expand a product offering or feature set to replace complementary tools. At present, in order to carry out the construction of a regular building, you need a lot of machinery and manpower. With the construction of recyclable material, we are looking to reduce costs and the use of less conventional machines and tools.
- Connect: Bring two parties together who couldn’t previously transact or contact each other easily. The idea is to specialize in providing an education of high standards while also saving the planet at the same time. In addition, count on the support of the entire community and even carry out the project with the help of everyone.
- Democratize: Make something that’s technically challenging or requires exclusive knowledge more accessible or enjoyable.
Methodology
We will use a waterfall methodology. Please see below our main events:
- Approval from the government of the country
- Decision on the location
- Receive funds
- Find partnerships
- Approval from professional constructors and architect
- Review and modification of the unfeasible points depending on the architect’s opinion
- Design
- Gather and document requirements to be sure the school materials are reliable and solid. We want a safe, weather resistant school
- Find local labor and additional training
- Collect the materials
- Building process
- Test
- Fix any issues
- Deliver the finished product
In our project, each of these represents a distinct stage of the development and approval, and each stage will have to be finished before the next one can begin.
Design and MVP
We will use a Building Information Modeling, which is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, manage buildings and infrastructure.
Once our school will be done virtually, a promotional video will be made, showing the whole process of planning, construction, and elaboration. This video will enhance all the benefits this project can have on the community, the country, and the environment.
The first school will have natural and recycled materials, its own thermal and solar heating and cooling system, and powered by solar and wind generated electricity.
If this project works, we would like to add more features to the following one(s). We will build a school fully durable, that can collect water, have a filter for water treatment,
and produce its own food.
Development:
From our virtual version, we will construct the school. For future reference, it would help us to know what should be done and what should be avoided.
Where others see waste, soda cans, glass bottles and worn-out tire piles, we find a gondola with fabulous, resistant and accessible materials, with which to build a school that can survive even if the world becomes increasingly hostile.
It will not be traditional architecture, but the school will be the answer to an urgent need of people and the environment.
The school will be built with simple methods and using mostly what is at hand.

Life Cycle
The life cycle of our product is long.
The introduction of the project is the approbation ofthe country’s government and the design plan.
The growth would be the construction process.
The final product will be launched when the construction is done.
It will arrive at maturity when our goal is reached and when students will attend classes.
However, for the school not to decline, the members of the schools must take care of it.Help us tell our story
